AILU Lawyers Union Seeks Action Against Mob Which Attacked Journalists, The All India Lawyers Union (AILU) today kept in touch with the Delhi High Court boss equity looking for activity against errant police authorities and a crowd which discouraged legal work and ambushed writers on Monday.

“The general population who are identifiable as individuals from the crowd and the individuals who depended on roughness and obstacle to organization of equity have conferred hatred of court and are required to be fittingly managed,” Mr Sharma said in the letter.

Refering to media reports, the legal advisors union said police stood like noiseless onlookers and the police faculty present there abetted the aggressors.

“As a consequence of the above occurrence, the remand procedures of (JNU understudy pioneer) Kanhaiya Kumar couldn’t be taken up in the open court at Patiala House on Monday,” the union said.

“Police, by their demonstrations and oversights, are blameworthy of abandonment of their obligations. The chief of Delhi Police is required to train the police power under him and make fitting move against the blundering police authorities.”

The letter said that in regards to 100 backers on Monday accumulated before the court of the metropolitan judge where the JNU understudy pioneer was booked to be displayed.

The swarm whipped JNU employees and understudies who had come to go to the court procedures.

The letter said the swarm did not save even the backers who entered the court to contend for the safeguard of another captured individual.

“The swarm was hysterical to the point that they didn’t save columnists and the court staff,” the letter said.

“The horde contained legal advisors identifiable in video footage and a few pariahs. One MLA of the Bharatiya Janata Party, to be specific Om Prakash Sharma, was gotten on camera whipping individuals from the general population.

“The above demonstrations are equivalent to deterrent in organization of equity and infringement of guideline of law which are foundations of our Constitution,” the letter said.
